Look, we get it - nobody actually enjoys reading these things. But here at Pyrestorm Enclave, we're pretty serious about keeping your info safe and sound. We've tried to make this as painless as possible, so grab a coffee and let's walk through how we handle your data when you stay with us up here in the mountains.

When you book a room or sign up for one of our wilderness tours, we'll need some basics - your name, email, phone number, and payment details. Nothing too wild there.

We also keep track of your stay preferences (like if you prefer a higher floor with mountain views or need equipment rentals). If you join our spa sessions or dining experiences, we might note any dietary requirements or accessibility needs you've mentioned.

Our website collects standard stuff like IP addresses, browser type, and how you navigate around the site. Helps us figure out what's working and what needs fixing, honestly.

Pretty straightforward here - we use your details to process bookings, send confirmation emails, and make sure your suite's ready when you arrive. Can't run a hotel without that, right?

If you've opted in, we'll send occasional updates about seasonal packages, new adventure tours we're launching, or special events happening at the resort. You can bail on these anytime - no hard feelings.

We analyze booking patterns and guest feedback to improve our services. Like when we realized everyone was asking for earlier hot springs access, so we extended the hours.

Payment info goes straight to our secure processors - we don't actually store full card details on our servers. That's just asking for trouble.

Yeah, we use cookies - not the chocolate chip kind, unfortunately. These little files help remember your preferences and keep you logged in when you're browsing our site.

We've got analytics running to see which pages get the most traffic and where folks are dropping off. Helps us figure out if our booking flow is confusing or if people just really love looking at those hot springs photos.

Third-party services like Google Analytics are in the mix too. You can block these with most browser settings if that's your thing.

We don't sell your info - that's just not our style. But we do share it with some trusted partners who help us run things smoothly.

Payment processors handle transactions, email services send your confirmations, and our booking system keeps everything organized. These folks are bound by strict agreements to keep your data secure.

If you book an adventure tour, we'll share relevant details with our certified guides - but only what they need to know to keep you safe out there.

Legal stuff: if we're required by law or need to protect someone's safety, we might have to disclose information. Haven't had to do this yet, knock on wood.

You've got options here. Want to see what data we've got on you? Just ask. Need something corrected or deleted? We can do that too, as long as it doesn't mess with active bookings or legal requirements.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime - there's a link at the bottom of every message we send. Takes like two seconds.

Under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), you've got specific rights about how your personal info is handled. We take that seriously up here.

If you want to download your data or move it elsewhere, shoot us an email at reservations@pyrestormenclave.info and we'll get that sorted for you.

Security's not just for our mountain trails. We use SSL encryption for all data transmission - that's the little padlock you see in your browser bar.

Our servers are protected with firewalls, regular security audits, and restricted access. Only staff who actually need to see your info can access it, and they're trained on privacy protocols.

We keep backups secure and delete old data according to retention schedules. Generally, we'll keep booking history for about seven years (tax reasons, mostly), but marketing preferences get wiped if you unsubscribe.

That said, nothing's 100% bulletproof online. We do our best, but if there's ever a breach, we'll let you know ASAP and tell you what happened.

We don't knowingly collect personal info from anyone under 16 without parental consent. If you're booking a family suite, the adult making the reservation is responsible for any info about kids in the party.

If we find out we've accidentally collected data from a minor without proper consent, we'll delete it pretty quick.

We'll update this page from time to time as our services evolve or laws change. The date at the top tells you when we last made changes.

If we make any major changes to how we handle your data, we'll send an email to let you know. Won't just sneak it in and hope nobody notices.

Thanks for taking the time to read through this. We know it's not exactly thrilling stuff, but your privacy matters to us. If anything here doesn't make sense or you've got concerns, seriously - just give us a shout.
